Bible Alive ministry has been a tremendous blessing in my life since we’ve moved to North Carolina almost two years ago. God, through his grace and providence, placed me in an area where I could grow spiritually as well as build relationships with other devout Christians. The expositional teaching style of Bible Alive President Josh Tadlock is exceptional, which allows the Bible to be taught in its proper context and with sound doctrine. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for this ministry and the impact it has had on my life. I am currently attending college at nearby Carolina College of Biblical Studies and it is an honor to be part of two of the legacies Dr. Ralph Richardson helped build many years ago.  I pray that God continues to bless this ministry and extends it’s reach into a world that so desperately needs to hear the Gospel.

Being able to take a break from the day and week is a tremendous encouragement for me as a Soldier. Coming together for fellowship and feeding, both physically and spiritually, is such a blessing. Above all, the teaching of the Word of God is the greatest benefit of Bible Alive Ministries, the burden that Pastor Josh has for expositional preaching is clearly seen week after week without fail. You will not regret spending your Wednesday lunch time at Bible Alive Ministries’ luncheon!

The worship and Bible study with fellow believers and hearing God’s word explained, helps my understanding and has increased my faith and trust in my Lord. After the death of my husband, the loneliness was with me, but Bible Alive on Wednesdays has helped me to praise my Savior in a loving and caring setting with a dynamic son of God, Josh Tadlock as the instructor of God’s Word to me and others.

The understanding of God’s word and its application is very important to me as a Christian. Bible Alive Ministries is a major tool in aiding in my spiritual growth. Pastor Tadlock does a stellar task as he gives us precepts and examples to help us understand and apply God’s Word in our daily living.   My love for this ministry lies on the fact that we get the Word of God and not the opinions of the instructor. This ministry has caused me to evaluate my living more and to constantly align my life with the scripture. I give praise for this channel He has provided for us to come together as one family to study and appreciate His precious word.

For years as I listened to Dr. Ralph on the radio, I said Bible Alive is the most appropriate name for the ministry. In 2005 I began attending the Bible study and it confirmed that the Word of God seemed to come alive as Dr. Richardson taught. On the first day I attended, the late Sue Phillips informed Dr. Richardson that I sing. God has blessed me to sing each Wednesday. Bible Alive is a spiritual lifeline that has strengthened my faith walk under the teaching of Dr. Richardson and now Pastor Joshua Tadlock, a powerful young man of God. Pastor Tadlock is on fire for the Lord, continuing the legacy of Dr. Richardson, teaching and preaching as God will have him.
